El Capitan

El Capitan ("The Captain")  is a real former sea captain following his family tradition of taking care of the Taverna after his retirement. 

In the old good Greek tradition, he always greats all his guests personally.

The Captain's grill (which is his speciality) is installed on the deck - if you'll order a grilled course, you'll be able to watch a Grill Master at work.

...And if you're willing to get to know him better or to just listen stories about the local history and traditions, El Capitan will share them with you - well, whenever he has a little bit of free time...
